Before you commence writing ask yourself the following:
What is the management problem or potential problem in the Case Study?
What two theories do you identify to be relevant to the problem/potential problem that you have chosen?
What is the best solution to the problem/potential problem?
What will the recommendations be for the organisation?

A Title Page – including word count
Do NOT include an abstract or executive summary
Body or Content

Introduction and Problem Identification– Outline the purpose and scope of the report. In this section include the name of the case study, the problem/potential problem, the explanation as to why this is a problem for the organisation and the proposed argument. Make sure you have defined important terms and that you have outlined the structure of your report.
Note: Introduction and Problem Identification could be combined in one section, however it is preferred that it be divided into two sections.
Discussion – Divide this section into readable paragraphs. Identify at least two arguments or themes in the research in relation to the identified problem. The first paragraph should present the first argument. The argument may be supported by a number of points from your journal articles and these points may be expanded in subsequent paragraphs (2-3 Paragraphs). Subsequent paragraphs should present the second argument (2-3 Paragraphs). The final paragraph in this section should provide the solution to the problem/potential problem based on whatever argument solves the problem/potential problem.
Recommendations & Conclusion– This should provide recommendations for the organisation (based on your discussion) and a summary of the report.
Note: Recommendations & Conclusion could be combined in one section, however it is preferred that it be divided into two sections.

Reference List – an alphabetic list (leading with the author’s family name) of all sources cited in the report.
Appendices (if applicable)
