practices of IHRM in relation to the international business strategy and structure. This assignment requires a critical analysis of the contextual
factors, facts, and IHRM policies and practices of your group’s chosen company.
Discussions and analysis in the Group Report and Group Presentation will include some of the following issues that are addressed by groups
i.e. An individual group with 4 group members should select 4 general issues and 4 specific issues. Each group member may focus one general
issue and one specific issue respectively, while group members must ensure that the group report is an INTEGRATED PIECE OF COLLECTIVE
WORK.

MY PART IS TO COVER ONE GENERAL ISSUE: How do various country cultures impact the business and human resource practice of the MNE?
AND ONE SPECIFIC ISSUE: Who should be responsible for development of global competencies in an MNE?
