Overview of professionalism – this is your interpretation from the research that you have done throughout this module on professionalism within the global management. It can include references to our job

searches, self-assessments, assessment centre research or other further reading.

Evidence of self-awareness – this is a critique using the self-assessment tools discussed in the seminars, other self-assessment tools that you have found by yourself and if appropriate skills listed by the sectors

Graduate trainee job search – you need to introduce the 3-5 roles that you wish to peruse and why you have chosen them i.e. are they near home? Is it is high wage, are you interested in the brands/products?

Comparison of results – would be an analysis of all the soft skills that you think need to be improved to allow you to be successful within the roles you wish to pursue. (You can use your TNA 1 in this section if

you wish or the next section depending on your individual word count.)

Notes:
Identification of three main skills- This can be TNA 1 or a more detailed overview as to what the skills are those that need developing.
Evidence of measures put in place to improve skills – This relates to TNA 2, this is where you need to consider how you will improve your three chosen skills over the semester. You need to complete five

actions to improve each skill and provide evidence.
Please note: if you are going to use your assessment centre as evidence you may consider this has improved more than one skill, you can use the same action as long as you tailor individual bits of evidence to

reflect this.
Evaluation of the process – This gives you the opportunity to discuss where you were, where you are now after this process and what you need to do improve before you apply for the role. We would not

expect to fix all your development needs in just three months but we need to see that you being aware of what you need to do in the future.

Section C / Future indicators of Skill Development and continued commitment to developing management (Aprox: 650 words)

Review of global organisations – this is a critique of how global companies support employees to be more global, i.e. leadership and development, cross cultural training etc. It may be beneficial to look at the

job roles and the companies you discussed earlier to see what they offer to develop managers after the graduate programme.

Further qualification/training search – this is an opportunity to see what qualification that you feel would support your career that may not be offered by the companies that you wish to work for.

Career development – This concludes your portfolio and is that discusses where you see yourself in the future and different avenues you can pursue.
