For your final assignment you will write Case Study Preparation and Response (must be based on a real case in

higher education law literature) on Universities and External Entities, e.g. religious, government agencies,

private sector organizations and can range from informal, short-term arrangements to formal, contractual

long-term arrangements.

As you prepare your Case Study, be sure to attend to the issues of social responsibility and ethics as they

pertain to the responsibilities of an institution of higher education. This will be a 5-page (not including

the APA Cover Page and References page) paper prepared and presented in 6th edition APA format.

1. Describe the Case Study.

2. Organize the section of the Case.

3. Introduce the Problem

a. Provide background information pertinent for the reader’s understanding

4. Institutional Policy Implications (private, for profit, public, religious, etc.)

a. Provide examples from the literature

5. Implications for further study; litigation, etc. Use references.

6. Concluding remarks, integrate your literature for support.

You are required to utilize a minimum of 3 to 4 academic resources, one of which may be the course text.
