I need an outline for the paper after tomorrow .. it should have a proper research question ..

The paper itself should be a scientific/academic paper with a proper research question .

It should have a cover page + content page + page numbers + bibliography ..

these are the EDITING AND REFERENCING RULES which i need to apply :

LANGUAGE
use UK English spelling conventions such as “honour” rather than “honor”, “centre” rather than “center”, “organisation” rather than “organization”, etc.

FOOTNOTES
– Surname, year, p. (or pp. x-y).
– please place footnotes at the bottom of the page and not at the end of a chapter.
– no bold characters in footnotes.
– when referring to the same document, please use “idem” or “ibidem”.
– never use “§” for indicating chapters or sections or subsections.
– always put a full stop at the end of each footnote or bibliography reference.

BIBLIOGRAPHY
– references should be in alphabetical order.
– indication of the full name of the author
If you refer to a book
Surname, full name of the author, Title of the book. Town: Publisher, Year.

If you refer to an article in a journal/revue
Surname, full name of the author, ‘Title of the article’, pp. x – y, in Name of the review/journal, volume, year.

If you refer to an article in an edited book
Surname, full name (or at least the initials) of the author of the article, ‘Title of the article’, pp. x – y in Name and Surname of the editor(s) of the book, Title of the book. Town: Publisher, volume, Year.

Citation of case law
You should at least indicate the name of the case, the relative court and the year of the judgement.

If you refer to internet sites
In the bibliography, you can add a section Internet Sites where you indicate only those to which you refer in your thesis. You should always quote in brackets the date in which you viewed the page, since web

pages change often. However, if the internet reference is an article authored by someone, it should be treated as an article and included among the other articles in the bibliography.

Please put all other documents or information taken from the internet as follows in the footnote and bibliography:

Name of the organisation, title of the document, index number, date of publication, web address (consulted on date).

Citation of documents of international organisations
In the footnote you may cite them as:

But indicate the full quotation in the bibliography:

If you refer to interviews

References such as “supra”, “infra” in the footnotes in order to avoid repetition of the details of the same book
