***Analysis three case examples from the course text (Pech, 2009) and discuss the following:

• Lessons from each case that will help other organisations to be more intrapreneurial/innovative and therefore to be more successful.

• Compare and contrast your three selected cases explaining their similarities and differences and why they have these commonalities and differences. You must analyse these qualities rather than just describing them. Provide detailed explanations of these firms’ commonalities and differences and explain why they work. Describe any limitations that might exist for these success factors for other firms.

• Explain how difficult it might be for other firms to adopt some of these firms’ success factors and why this might be so.
