‘Concept of Self Defence in Islam’ Custom Essay

I have discussed with my supervisor last paper (81193339), so he asked me to write another paper about ‘Concept of Self Defence in Islam’. He said to me in the email “you address your research questions

and to what extent your engagement with these questions will provide evidence of an original contribution.
The main research question in my theses is “What are the major discrepancies between the Islamic legal understanding of self-defence and the legal doctrine of self-defence under South Australian law?
I need to answer this question and it will be my contribution. More specific, in order to address the question, you have done 1500 words about concept of self defence in South Australia (81193339)
The question was “Is the current regulation of self-defence under South Australian law satisfactory?”.
If you have ideas to contribute and answer the research question in Islamic law, please write it and let me know in message. If not, you may write 1500 words about the concept of self defence in Islamic law

as you have done in South Australia law.
This for now, just 1500 words in Islamic law but you have to consider the final output will be as paper to address the research question and combine in article structure previous work in south Australia law and

this work in Islamic law.
I will place an order of article about 7000 words which 3000 words will be in that time already done (1500 words in Islamic law+1500 words in South Australia law). I will place the order only if my

supervisor agrees on the 1500 words in Islamic law.

Concept of Self defence in Islamic law covering following points:
1. Justification, Excuse and Proportionality
2. Provocation
3. Self defence and defence of another
4. Protection of Property
5. Duress
6. Necessity

Instruction for the paper as follow:
1. Limit words approximately 1500.
2. Use AGLC reference style.
3. Total references about 25-30 please use references as much as you can as my supervisor do not accept any idea without citation.
4. I will attach some articles might be useful and list of authors to use their publication as much as you can plus use other recent publication (Articles, books and law cases) note (Do not use thesis as

references).
5. Use 6-7 cases as evidences.
6. Mention to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Indonesia as examples Islamic legal system.
