Instructions for Module 5 Capstone

Class – this week you will be incorporating all of the various elements of your work during the first 4 weeks into one final comprehensive paper. You will additionally need to write an Abstract for this paper (should be 250-450 words), and a cohesive Conclusion (should be 250-300 words). Be sure to include your PICOT question only (not the breakdown) in the “Problem Description/ Solution” (this is your Module One – Identify a Problem paper) section. There is a Grading Rubric attached to the Assignment page – be sure to read it.

It is essential that you read CAREFULLY the instructions in the syllabus for submission of your paper to GCU (the paperwork for your “supervisor” review is in the CLASS Add-ons in the Resources). NOTE: I do not receive ANY of this paperwork – it needs to be sent to the email addresses listed in the syllabus.

You MUST perform spelling, grammar, punctuation, and style check PRIOR to your submission to me. You MUST be sure that your paper is in correct APA format with sources cited in-text, and your Reference page should be correctly documented & formatted. Once I grade this paper and post it for your review, you will make any necessary corrections to it and THEN you will submit it to the university along with the Consent form – there are no “resubmission” options for this final paper.

REMEMBER: You are to use the 6th edition APA template WITH Abstract, that I provided for you in the Module 4 Announcement & again this week. This paper is to be pristine! No spelling, punctuation or grammar errors; your reference page should be corrected to the examples and directions I provided on your original papers; the formatting should be exact (1′ margins on all 4 sides of the paper, double-spacing throughout, 1/2 inch indentation for the first line of your paragraphs, “hanging indentation” on the Reference page. This paper is worth 300 points and I would love to be able to give everyone the full 300.
