I have attached all of the needed files to assist you in doing this assessment. The assessment is broken into part A and part B.
For the part A section I have attached the narrative from chapter regarding Paula Peters RN night nurse (Dandurand, 2004, pp 183-199) reading.

For the part B section I have provided you with one of my own real clinical scenarios. In this scenario nothing had gone wrong, however in the assessment you need to write what could’ve happened if it had gone wrong etc as outline in the other documents. The example of mine was written in a reflection essay form so please do well in summarising it as stated in the assessment requirements. You don’t need to use the references that I have if you don’t wish too but please make sure you only use recent, and scholarly literature relevant to the topic at hand.
