d)Hospital beds (acute and long-term) per 1000 population, occupancy rates, and average length of stay by diagnosis
e)Overall hospital discharges per 1000 population and for circulatory disease
f)Hospital procedures by type per 100,000 population
g)Medical technology by different types per million population and pharmaceutical consumption by type per 1000 person day

4.Quality of Care:
a)In-hospital case fatality rate after acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) and stroke
b)Survival and screening rates for colorectal, breast, and cervical cancer.
c)Avoidable hospital admission and mortality due to asthma
d)Rates of diabetes (will have to find elsewhere) and annual eye exams for diabetes
e)Rates of influenza vaccination for elderly people and childhood vaccination programs.
f)Wait-times for elective surgery (will have to find elsewhere)

2.Write a paper analyzing your topic for the developed country comparing it with the US. Make recommendations on whether the country is doing better or worse than the US in the different sub-categories and discuss how these differences might be relevant to making improvements in the US health care system.
