I have also attached the data I received from California dept of corrections and rehabilitation that includes the population, the rehab programs etc. Please only focus on the 3 programs noted in research plan (educational, vocational and religious). Also the main focus is the Hispanic inmate population. The sample size is noted in the research plan along with the variables. Much of the information you will need can be extracted from the research plan. if you are able to obtain more secondary data please feel free to do so. Multiple Linear regression will be used as the type of analysis for this study.

I have also attached the dissertation guidelines from my school. It includes each chapter and sub heading that is required. Please follow the exact format for the chapters because my school is very particular about that.

The research plan has alot of information that can be copy-pasted into the dissertation however please make sure to include the references ( they are at the bottom of each section) I would need to use most of those references in my dissertation, therefore feel free to copy paste any sections that you feel will fit into the dissertation. I would like the format to be correct with all pages needed including abstract reference page appendix etc. This is all explained in the dissertations guidelines attachment. Each chapter should be anywhere from 11-13 pages (5 chapters) and the rest of the pages for abstract appendix reference page etc (total dissertation 70 pages).. I’d like a total of 40 references if possible and most of these references you may attain from my research plan.

I have also attached some of chapter 1 that I have worked on. Please review the chapter and add on or if it doesn’t look correct you can disregard it and complete chapter 1 on your own.
