My analysis of the strategy in my planning and development stage could be explained as an effective unique. In the formation stage of the task, I obligated to go for a resident and an interest which could value

the resident’s necessities. In view of the fact that I was a student in the home, it was a challenging for me to identify who my prospective applicant would be, while I make sure I disseminate myself with almost

myself with them by providing good communication, discussing some life their experiences to be able to understand each one of them better. I was so fortunate when Mrs. A accepted my project proposal after

some days getting to know her little by little with the help of my mentor and other colleagues.

consent mark to confer the project and communicate with the Mrs. A if she would desire to participate in the activity which I made and also Mrs. A gave her agreement for me to go over her care plan if I

Based on my communication with Mrs. A, I went back to my mentor and gave her a response to the conversation I had with the resident who I called as Mrs. A and withheld her name due to confidentiality

reasons (NMC 2008). My mentor was satisfied and progressed over Mrs. A care plan with me in specify. In short, all this provided me a deep knowledge of Mrs.A and in what way I might completely arrange

myself for the activity. Also, my mentor gave her okay for me to go over Mrs.A care plan whenever I needed it. The planning stage also involved what I was working to do as an activity, what materials I would

be sourcing, who would be observing,in what way the activity would be conducted and the decided date for the action. In my planning stage I stated Mrs.A condition as diabetes mellitus type 1. It was this

situation that had evolved seriously and developed in her knee’s taking away.
The developing stage provided a further specified explanation of how the activity was conducted on the held day and if it coordinated the previous plan and if there were some modifications, in what way it

disturbed the action. Similarly, it involved any change I completed while carrying out the bed bath which was useful to Mrs.A necessities that I failed to point out in my strategy. The activity was carried out a

Carrying out the bed bath actually widened my understanding and skill. Reason is that , Most carers in providing resident bed bath required a full evaluation of the resident’s whole body that is cognitive review,

will take appropriate actions to correct the situation. Moreover , within this activity I’ve taken a reliable thoughtful and valued the significance of applying a decent bed bathing practice by make sure all the

necessary materials at hand which are stated together in my planning and developing stages and particularly in what way the exchange of water, hand wash, the usage of gloves and apron was crucial and this

stopped the circulating of infection and cross contamination as suggested in the (Health and Safety at work Act 1974 and correspondingly in lighting the infection control guidelines. I likewise discovered that

Similarly, I do value the point that this plan mixes althogether the essential units I have acquired in class such as Safe working practice which includes identifying and accepting by numerous legislation like the

(health and safety at work act 1974 and the Manual Handling Operation Regulation 1992) which regulates providing safe working practices whiles working with residents, Sociology which prompts as of our

accountability in the social order in recognising our norms, values and roles and Principles which likewise emphases further on the policies and regulation that regulates our trainings as healthcare workers, our

obligations and accountability as well as the penalties we may confront when we depart from what is projected of us.
The therapeutic Relationship course also educates in me more on the order of constructing relationships and improved ways of interacting with people all came into work in this task and assisted me to

comprehend and adapt to circumstances clearly.
The goal of the initial strategy of my project, which was to help resident A in seeing her personal care and hygiene needs was sustained. Thus, I was adept to verify after I become conscious her self esteem was

recreated and she got further concerned with her own personal care as equated to days sooner than the activity was implemented. The only thing she required was reassurance, information and support to the

parts she couldn’t touch due to her disorder. I learned she wasn’t reserved any longer, become familiar and extra approachable, which I consider had also gratified her emotional desires, also I understood she

was comfy and at the end of the activity she show appreciation and gave me a big cuddle for the support proposed. Even though the activity was conducted very well, there were some alterations I had to

formulate to the initial plan on the day of my activity which stood valuable. The activity was held a week beforehand than expected because I had a quick response from the projecting stage. Moreover, in my

plan I failed to reveal delivering a linen trolley for soiled laundry and a red bag for soiled linen, which I delivered on the day of the activity to avoid cross contagion.
Some of the changes I wished to create next time I encounter a related project is to try and hold onto the agreed timing of the activity, though at times it’s not within one controls to do that, which I couldn’t as

we had lots of other residents to listen to. All through the activity I remained involved with resident A and faded to include my mentor even if,she understood what I was completing till she raised issues which

she advise in future would be helpful to explain every stage and include who was overseeing the action, which I grabbed on get on. She also complimented me for the numerous assessments I prepared around

resident A whiles carrying out the activity, examining the resident’s her cognitive ability, stress areas and for any growths. Despite the fact that my activity never required me testing resident A’s temperature,

Oxygen capacity readings and Blood temperature I involved that in my activity as this was my each day practice on placement and the outcome gave me the contentment resident A was making progress in

good health. I acquired good comments for ensuring this and my mentor declared it was of proficiency standard and told me to hang onto with this exercise.
I do agree that I never confronted any complexity because we were all prearranged and all the sources I wanted was obtainable. Gaining my mentor’s support in the moving and handling role of the activity

make it stress-free for me across the activity as this rendered resident A contented and I was confident we had kept to the (Manual Handling Operation Regulation 1992) and not triggered the resident more

injuries when we partook to turn her on her area. Although, I had a contingency plan in place which I would have used for a similar patient in case there was any future occurrence, I never had to use it since

everything worked in my favour.
Even though everything seemed perfect with my activity, I realised some of my weaknesses was been nervous and uneasy in my performance because I was being assessed by the sister, which did not affect it

in any way, but in future I would love to see myself being relaxed and enjoy a good atmosphere which I can achieve by working on my confidence so I can achieve that. The overall remarks I heard from my

mentor were really impressive and encouraging which made me proud, feeling the whole activity has been productive in meeting my Patient’s needs. This project has been interesting and educational; it has

taught me in managing my time profitably and also improved on my communication skills.
