My plan in this project is to help student with learning difficulties to learn and ask for help any time they need. Moreover, let them understand that it is normal to have difficulties in their life.

Purpose:
I want every student to have the help he/she needs academically and socially. This project is important for me because I see that the schools in K.S.A have week basics and priorities, they focus on the material more than students and what the students need. I am hoping that my project will make some changes in education and schools
because schools desperately need the change. The change will come with difficulties for both teachers since they only focus on the materials and now they have to focus on both student and material, and on the students because they have to ask for help and participate more in the school and in the class. I believe that when teachers see their student change to be best they will be convenes that the change is for students benefits.

Risk-taking:
This project is risk ?taking for me because it will take me out of my comfort zone when I try to help students specially high school student and they reject me, since teachers consider involving in any thing other than the classroom is infringement on students privacy. On the other hand, I believe that some of students difficulties
are caused by problems at home. Therefore, I think that teachers should know their students backgrounds. Always thinking of new ways to deliver the information and try to linked it to students life and experience is challenging for me.

Meaningful:
I always wanted the teaching techniques to change in K.S.A, I also want to give students the help they need without them feeling ashamed from it. Moreover, I want the student to learn thing that will help them later in life more than the academic materials. I will try to educate teacher about how making student involve in the classroom will benefit them and teach student that every person need the help from others and how it is normal to ask for help also that it is normal to need other.

Furthermore, I will send brochures to students parents about the importance of staying connected with the teachers and the school. This project will teach me more about the problems that face student and how can I help students to get over them. I will be more understanding of students situations and problems.
