Body of the essay- This is the reflective part- it should make clear the SPECIFIC area of your practice you have chosen to use. In addition, use references about (clinical audit) to underpin the content.
E.g.
• How you could apply the clinical audit in radiology department.
• Your reflection needs to include what might change and how you might learn from this
• Determine how radiographer staff learn audit and to explore how this may affect their professional and work outcome.
Conclusion
Draw the main points of your reflection together and remember to address why you chose the topic what you have learnt and what you will do.

My previous poster I made in audit when I was student in Bachelor degree in radiology. The topic of the poster ( Diagnostic Quality of SCBU Chest/Lordotic AP Chest: An Audit)

 Background of me:
Iam radiographer in General x-ray department, I had experience 5 years in the field. I have been leader for staff in general x-ray for some duties. I have simple experience in auditing. I made an audit with my supervisor as an assistant about chest rotation in CICU(Cardiology Intensive Care Unit) for pre-operation patient. The cardiologist complain about the images outcome, due to they face difficult to measure the size of the heart and bad quality of image. My supervisor assigned me to make an audit. I checked all the images performed in CICU department for 2 weeks to check the current and previous images quality in PACS system. In addition, I had meeting with my supervisor for whole staff in the conference room in our department. I and my supervisor presented the mistakes of the images and the criteria for good quality of images. Then we re-auditing the images quality after 1 month and we discovered partially enhancement in the work. Last year I graduated from bachelor degree and I made poster about audit( Diagnostic Quality of SCBU Chest/Lordotic AP Chest: An Audit), it gave me an idea in how to make an audit and I had an idea about it, and it was interesting. My tutor gave me as hypothetical issue to audit it, and provided me statistics of images error data. Furthermore, this year in Master degree I have lecture about clinical audit it gives me more highlight in auditing and search about it and literature review in auditing.
In future, I will be back to the same position to apply the theories and practice I acquired in this module. Expand my knowledge in clinical audit and skills in future .
