one journal entry for each module which all uploaded.
Students are required to submit one document consisting of five journal entries – one for each Topic in this Unit. Each journal entry must engage with the Topic content presented in seminars, readings and discussion, and express the student’s views of the Indigenous World-Views Topics they progress through the Unit.
Students should write in the first person in the context of this paper, as students will need to demonstrate self-reflection as part of this assessment and evaluate what they feel they have learnt throughout this Unit.
A reference list is also required as part of this assessment, given that you will be drawing on authored material. Students are required to submit their paper, including a cover sheet
Each journal entry should:
Establish the relevance of the Topic content to the journal entry
Engage with underlying themes expressed the Topic content
Demonstrate respect as a key skill in cultural competency and apply other culturally competent values where necessary
Marking criteria:
Students will be assessed on both the academic content and academic literacy of their learning journals.
