Social Activism/Social Change Custom Essay

I have to write an Argument Synthesis Essay about social change/activism. The instruction paper says `the ultimate goal of the paper is to explore a particular question related to social change/activism through explaining the possible perspectives in addressing the question, and to do this in such a way that you can discover something new about the larger issue. This `something new` could refer to a point that has been overlooked by other writers, present a way of bringing opponents closer together, or introduce a new warrant/idea that might cause parties to rethink their positions. The purpose of this paper is not to argue your own opinion but to persuade others on the source of a controversy.`
The synthesis question(the main thesis) could be anything as long as it is related to social change/activism. An example of synthesis question would be `how do the results from different methods of social activism differ?`
In introduction paragraph,there has to be a thesis sentence that explains why the positions on the chosen issue are unresolved.
Then, body paragraphs must explain 2-3 major perspectives to addressing the problem, and you need to explain the claims within each perspective.
