? At a minimum cases should include a strong intro, conclusion and two to three body paragraphs. One possible format for the case study is a legal format known as IRAC – Issue, Rule, Application,
Conclusion. Identify the ethical issue in the case, set out and explain the theories that would apply to this ethical issue (i.e. the course material and your external research), apply those theories to the facts of the
case, conclude with recommendations and the implications of these recommendations.
