Listed below are two tasks i need you to do which consist of two memo’s of one page each. One memo will be on 4 chapters of a book and the other memo will be on another 4 chapters of the same book.

The first paragraph is about the first memo.

your task is to prepare a one page memo on chapters 3-6 of the book (-Tjan, Harrington, and Hsieh (2012) Heart, Smarts, Guts, and Luck. Harvard Business Review Press. Boston, MA). addressing the

following: (1) Overall summary of the content, (2) 4 most valuable learning points, (3) one thing that will be done differently as a result of the reading, (4) and lastly one discussion question. This will be

documented in a one-page memo. please keep it simple and concise, and just focus on the questions listed above as this is just a one page memo. Answer the questions in the memo in the order that the

questions are listed above. Thank you. No quotes a required or references.
