In the theoretical literature, my argument is motivation is the key factor in productivity studies. Therefore I have talked about motivation theories. Finally I wanted to select Vroom�s expectancy theory for this particular study. Explain the VET at length with all the constructs. I have copied some theories on motivation. But they have to rewrite as I have just copied them and past in the document. Please briefly explain the theories.
Then I have considered the technology acceptance theory as CMCs are new technologies. I have put some of the theories on technology use and acceptance and argue that to use CMCs by academics for their research productivity tasks of academics in research process must be fit with the technology. Therefore there should be a fit between task and technology for technology to be use by academics in research productivity. Therefore I select Task Technology Fit theory for this study. Under TTF it has to be explaining all the constructs at length.
Thereafter I need a comprehensive literature review on potential relevance of Vroom�s Expectancy theory and Task Technology Fit for this particular study. Then can conclude that VET and TTF will be used to make the theoretical framework.
