Visionary Leadership: Visionary Leadership on Steve Jobs Custom Paper

In Part I, we discussed the importance of leadership establishing a clear mission and vision in the organization. In Part II, we learned how leaders assess their organization’s effectiveness through a SWOT Analysis. Now with Part III, we explore the leader themselves–those special individuals who not only establish vision and lead efforts to organize, but are able to create strong bonds, and inspire followers to accomplish their vision. These unique individuals are usually charismatic, have strong, confident, dynamic personalities. They often display ethical backbones that create employees who work harder, are more committed and satisfied, are better performers, and are more likely to trust their leaders.

Your task for Part III is to submit a 500-word paper. It will be made up of a 300-word biogrpahy and 200-word analysis on a famous visionay leader. A list of recognizable business leaders follow. Feel free to select one from the list, or do your homework to select another visionary leader of your choice. In terms of your 200-word analysis, simply connect content from Chapter 14 (Leadership) to your chosen leader. For example, you may report that Lee Iacocca’s leadership is demonstrated through the Path-Goal Theory as Steve Jobs was known for clarifying and clearing paths to goals, etc.
