2014 Assignment 3 in Commercialisation of Technology and Implementation in a Project mode
Submit in a “normal” way at Lecture 10: i.e. you have 3 weeks. Size: 10-15 pages approximately.

I. Feasibility, Selection of new technology and Concept:
1. Who are you (the group) – Co R&D managers, Consultants, Scientific Institute, etc

3. What technology you have selected and why.
4. Are there any issues: political, societal, cultural, financial etc. that will impact on the introduction of your technology. What are the risks and how are you going to mitigate them?

II. Commercialisation phase
5. You are now a Commercialisation Team. Describe step by step, how you are going to commercialise it, using all available lecture notes and external references. However, using the steps that I gave in my

Commercialisation lecture is essential.
